  • You can use the website or download the Glofox App (suggested). Use the same login credential for both. Simply select the class you’d like to join and choose “Book”. Drop-in classes are $18.

  • We have our own, attached parking lot. Please feel free to park out front or on the side of the building and walk right in!

  • Athletic/yoga clothing is suggested. Many practice in fitted clothing that also has a lot of stretch. Basketball shorts are also appropriate. It is common to wear layers and socks until you begin to flow in class. There are storage hooks for your use in each room.

    1. Yoga Mat - avoid bringing a Pilates mat, these will slide too much during your practice and are too cushioned for balancing poses. You can use a blanket at the studio to pad your knees.

    2. Water Bottle - we have cold, filtered water and cups at the studio if you need a refill or forget! We also have cups in case you are bottle-less!

    We have bolsters, blocks, straps, and blankets for your use in each room, for every class. Feel free to bring your own.

  • As you are welcomed in, you will be asked to fill out a quick waiver. Then, we will show you around and where to put your things. Absolutely zero experience is required or needed to feel comfortable and successful in any of our classes. You can browse class styles below. Alignment is key at Anurati Yoga Studio, not quickness. We are a non-hot studio that focuses on fundamentals and educating you about why you are taking the shapes you are taking in class.

    You can sit on your mat, lay on your mat, chat with someone next to you, and take a few minutes to settle in before each class. Classes are 60 minutes long.
