The Opening Journey

Anurati Yoga Studio was Founded in 2022 for three significant reasons;

1. To fill a need in the community for affordable and accessible yoga that functioned in a professional environment with respect to employees and members alike

2. To invite the surrounding persons in Decatur/Avondale to infuse active movement into their daily lives and be part of a community, as they please, without judgment or obligation

3. To create and establish a purposeful Youth Yoga program that is Montessori-aligned and hosted during the same time as adult yoga class offerings
