This 6-week series (you can also drop in for a single session!) is specifically designed for anyone who feels like their bones are aging or are not as strong as they once were. Jasmine Bradfield is leading a simple yet educational and productive yoga flow on Tuesdays at 11:30am. Join the 6-week series to amplify your energy and get you back to feeling upright, supported, and overall more confident as you do your daily activities. We suggest sticking to your routines and registering for the year.

The series will operate for six consecutive Tuesdays at 11:30am-12:30pm with a 2 week break in between;

  • February 18 - March 25

  • April 15 - May 20 *8 spots left!

  • June 10 - July 15

  • August 5 - September 9

  • September 30 - November 4

  • November 18 - December 23

Reasons to try it out:

  • Consider having to lift your pet, grandchild, or heavy groceries in the future. Or, holding a guitar for a long time. Or hiking mountains on the weekends. These hobbies should not be limited to enjoying in your youth. A regular yoga practice doesn’t help you balance - it teaches you how to fall! Imagine feeling confident going up the stairs, enjoying outdoor activities with comfort, and understanding your body as capable instead of crotchety.

  • You have nothing to lose. No one is watching. We have 0 mirrors in the yoga room. Everyone else will be there to learn also. The intention of the class is to serve you, the instructor will not be handing out grades at the end of class. Instead, you will leave with realistic information about your movements, breathing, and balance.

  • There are single session options, if you love it, we will put the cost of your session toward the series! This is the best gateway into trying something new for YOU! This doesn’t have to make sense to anyone else, you have to live with your bones! Anurati Yoga is not a place to show off but rather to just show up. Our tagline is quite literally, “Come as you are.”.

  • You can even book a guest! Ask a friend or neighbor or partner to come to the first session with you. This way, you can discuss perspectives and recognize the potential you have to inspire “health” for someone else, whatever “health” means to you. “Anurati” means, “positive attachment to things that are healthy and good”.
